Ege VIP Tur Payment, Cancellation and Change Conditions

This text sets out the applicable terms regarding payment, cancellation, amendments, and fee refunds for prepaid online reservations.

Conditions for Making, Cancelling and Refunding Prepaid Online Reservations

The provisions set out below shall apply to withdrawal, amendment, postponement, fee refund, and invoicing procedures for prepaid reservation transactions.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

The BUYER has the right to withdraw up to twenty-four (24) hours before the provision of the contracted service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to Ege VIP Tur by e-mail or telephone within this period. If this right is exercised, Ege VIP Tur shall refund the service fee to the BUYER within the following seven (7) days.

2. Amendment and Postponement Right

The BUYER has the right, up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contracted service, to change or postpone the starting point, ending point, and service time. In order to exercise the amendment right, notification must be made to Ege VIP Tur by telephone or through live support units within this period, and any fee difference arising from the amendment must be collected through the method determined in consultation with the support unit. Postponement may be made for a date no later than thirty (30) calendar days thereafter.

3. Flight Changes and Operational Cancellations

In cases arising from changes in flight schedules, operational cancellations, and/or other delays relating to transportation services reserved in advance by the passenger, Ege VIP Tur officials shall be responsible for timely taking all necessary measures in order to perform the transportation service without requesting any additional fee. Within this scope, if the flight is cancelled for any reason and the passenger has already paid the transfer fee to Ege VIP Tur, Ege VIP Tur shall refund the full transfer fee to the bank account to be notified by the passenger no later than 7 (seven) days.

4. Invoice Issuance and Delivery

The invoice relating to the service shall be issued if the service is performed. Delivery of the invoice shall be carried out in the manner requested by the BUYER among the options presented to the BUYER.

5. Conditions for Partial and Full Refunds

In full or partial refunds arising from cancellation of invoiced services or disruption attributable to the BUYER, VAT and any other legal obligations, if applicable, cannot be refunded. If the disruption or cancellation arises from https://www.egeviptur.com/, the full payment shall be refunded to the BUYER's account.

6. Promotional and Personalized Services

In services produced in line with the consumer's special requests and demands, or made personalized by changes or additions, as well as in campaign and other promotional sales, cancellation cannot be carried out and the BUYER may not exercise the right of withdrawal. However, provided that the amendment rules are complied with, Ege VIP Tur may allow the service to be postponed for use within thirty (30) calendar days.

7. Competent Consumer Arbitration Boards and Courts

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall be authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the place where Ege VIP Tur is located shall be competent.

8. Acceptance of the Conditions

Upon completion of the order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all of these conditions.
